Bear Wars
This animated short film series takes place in a dystopian future where robotic bears have taken over the world, and it’s up to Teddy to save Earth.
My role in the project was to streamline the production process, ensuring consistency across characters, scenes, and environments. To achieve this, we established key design standards and developed a structured approach for generating visuals using AI tools like MidJourney (for still images) and LumaLabs (for AI-generated video). Additionally, we implemented automation programs that efficiently produce a variety of stills with minimal input, freeing up valuable time in the production workflow.
The series had its premiere at SXSW, where we showcased a screener to a live audience and received media coverage from news outlets like KVUE.
